Structural waterproofing (tanking)

Damp areas below ground level such as basements will require specialist waterproofing.

Assured Preservations can design and recommend various methods for different applications, depending on the structure of the property and the severity of water ingress.

We install the following systems:

Cementitious system

Multi-coat rendering to block the passage of water.

Cementitious slurry

Applied by brush between rendering to form a waterproof barrier. This can also be applied to bare masonry.

Cavity drainage system

A plastic studded sheet membrane fixed using waterproof fixings. Designed to remove water by natural or sump and pump system.


All systems come with a ten-year guarantee.
