Founded in 1996, Assured Preservations is an independent remedial treatments company specialising in property care and maintenance across south London, Surrey and Kent.
We are members of the Property Care Association and our work is guaranteed for a period of up to 20 years.

Assured Preservations Ltd. have been providing specialist damp proofing and structural waterproofing services throughout London and Surrey for over 25 years. Many of our customers come to us following recommendations from their friends and neighbours, and we strive to provide a high level of customer service.
TREATMENT GUARANTEES
Most of our treatments come with a guarantee of up to twenty years, free of charge. We are insured by Guarantee Protection Insurance LTD and are a member of Property Care Association.
INDUSTRY SPECIALISTS
All our surveyors are qualified CSRT specialists, and staff members have all been working in the damp proofing industry for many years.
